Our swim team offers Bronze introductory level of training for swimmers in Swimmer 3 who love to swim, learn new skills and meet new friends. Silver is for swimmer who can swim Front, Back and Breast but need some fundamental development. Gold is generally where we start to fine tune our basic skills and prepare for competition. Training for all groups runs Sept - June.
Higher Level Competitive training available. Mon - Thur and Sat.
These levels are offered Mon - Thur beginning at 5:30 pm at 221 Mercy Street. Full year training, introductory level, $135.00 per month.

Do you know a swimmer who wants to be a lifeguard, competitive swimmer, water polo player, triathlete or Artistic swimmer. The Dolphins are offering an Aquatic Advancement camp for swimmers interested in learning how to swim better, faster and stronger. 5 days 1.5 hrs per day $100.00 - complete a Swimmer level.
