✨Everyone deserves the best possible quality of life in their final days. ✨

At Mossy Rock Hospice, we’re working to change the narrative and ensure that people living on the Lower Sunshine Coast have access to the compassionate, dignified end-of-life care they deserve, close to home.

In 2027, the Coast will welcome its first dedicated hospice, featuring eight suites to support patients and their loved ones during life’s most precious and challenging moments. Expanding from the four temporary hospice rooms currently available in Sechelt, this new facility represents a significant step forward for our community.

This is a space to connect, share, and find comfort alongside other bereaved families and peer facilitators who understand through lived experience.

We welcome families who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, pregnancy termination, pregnancy loss or infant loss, and families who are living with fertility challenges, as well as the friends and loved ones who support them.
