The NYA is a network of youth and service providers coming together to provide workshops, entrepreneurship programs, field trips, youth festivals and more, so they may build confidence in their skills in the professional world. We connect youth with professionals in the field and provide opportunities for employment. Our programs are open to ALL youth, regardless of race, religion, ethnic backgro
und or financial standing. We cover the cost of TTC transportation, food and childcare when you attend our workshops/programs & all of our workshops are FREE! Where do we work? In the Neighbourhood of Taylor Massey which includes: Crescent Town, Teesdale, Lumsden-Secord and Dawes Road. Our annual programs include:
- Speak Your Peace: Youth Community Festival
- The NYA Youth Awards
- SummerFULL
- Youth Entrepreneurship Program (Food YEP Program starting July 17th!)
- Vibeizm (Songwriting/beat-making MUSIC program)
