Fri-Yay and that means 'Foodie Friday with Will!' This week, we are adding 'Tried and tasted by Will' so that you get the reality check on the ease of preparation and the beauty of plating a delicious meal. Yes, Will has taken us into his own kitchen! Let Will know, in the comments below, if this bonus feature will influence you to try his recommended recipe. Or simply comment on the photos if you would like to see more 'tried and tasted' features.

Good morning from Liz, Coordinator for Community Living Algoma's Summer Student Program. The CLA program pairs a student job coach with a student who has an intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder to provide one-on-one training and mentorship. Offered through the EMPLOYMENT network, a division of CLA, we are very appreciative of the many inclusive employers, across the region, who participate in this program.

Liz will be introducing summer students, and highlighting their work experiences and employers, over the summer months. A warm welcome to Liz and all of our summer students!

June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada, a time to recognize the rich history, heritage and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Mรฉtis.

Look closely at the image in this post - it features intertwined illustrated symbols representing First Nations, Inuit and Mรฉtis: a feather, a narwhal and a fiddle, rendered in a flowing rainbow gradient. Surrounding these central symbols are decorative elements representing other aspects of First Nations, Inuit and Mรฉtis cultures.
