Pictures just in from Pastora Ana in Maizal where flooding devastated 59 homes. The church is feeding 25 families using the industrial stove donated by FFLAH. As Jake told her ‘God has things in place before we know or need it’ ❤️🇩🇴🇨🇦

This wonderful group of ladies met to Craft and Scrapbook together this weekend They have raised $800.00 toward Raise The Roof Villa Sinda!!!! Wahoo!!! Praise God! ❤️🇨🇦🇩🇴❤️

They have also donated scrapbooking material to take to a pastor’s wife in the DR who likes all things crafty as well. ❤️🇨🇦🇩🇴❤️

*A special activity with the children .
*A beautiful, joy filled time of worship and then Shawna-Lee spoke.
*Following the service was a meal for the children and their families Food For Life and Hope/FFUAVE provide the support to feed the children of this congregation.
*Two home visits where Jake and Shawna-Lee prayed healing over blood circulatory issues in two women.
*A visit to a church plant and
*not shown, an important meeting of two foundations ~ FFLAH🇨🇦and FFUAVE 🇩🇴 who together make this ministry happen. ❤️

Our stove ministry in action. We were blessed to gift a stove to this church to feed those in need. So precious to see how it is being used for the kingdom. May God continue to bless this pastor and congregation.

PRAISE GOD FOR HIS GOODNESS!
We began this fundraiser, Jan 14, 2024 and last night we were blessed to see it completed, Sept 4, 2025.
The construction of the roof structure began March 6, 2024 and was completed July 16, 2025.
This looked pretty impossible at first, so we developed a three phase, three year plan but God had a different plan. ALL PRAISE AND GLORY GOES TO THE ALMIGHTY FATHER FOR HIS GOODNESS TO HIS PEOPLE.
A huge thank you from the Founder and Director of Raise The Roof, Jake Stubbe to all who donated to this project. A huge thank you to Hillside FMC for handling the funding once again and for Brenda Devries handling the paperwork; for another wonderful building that now has a roof before the rainy season begins.
A huge thank you to Roberto Leonardo, Director of FFUAVE for his unwavering support and dedication, managing our projects in the Dominican Republic.
