Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan (WIM/WiN-SK) is seeking quotations from qualified event planning professionals or firms to support the planning and delivery of our 2026 Mine Your Potential (MYP) Conference.

The Mine Your Potential Conference is WIM/WiN-SK’s flagship professional development event, bringing together industry professionals, students, leaders, allies, and stakeholders from Saskatchewan’s mining, nuclear, and related sectors.

📅 Conference Date: September 16, 2026
📍 Prairieland Park, Saskatoon, SK
👥 Expected Attendance: 400–500 in-person attendees, plus virtual participants

We are seeking an experienced event planner to assist with event coordination, speaker logistics, attendee experience, vendor management, sponsor support, and event-day ex*****on.
