Having grown up in an avid hunting family, Bryce began cutting meat professionally in 2017 and also received post-secondary training as a butcher. When the opportunity arose to open his own business, he jumped at it, and Northern Meats opened in the spring of 2022.
The Olson’s thriving shop now sells a wide variety of meats, as well as eggs, fish, cheese, pizza, and pies. Bryce and Erica are grateful to operate their business in Spiritwood and look forward to serving the community, as well as the wider area, for years to come."
