This week, we’re spotlighting The Yard & Flagon Pub! Opened in February 2000, The Yard & Flagon offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere for friends, neighbours, and visitors alike.

Give Broadway a Birthday Gift! ♥️

Broadway Business Improvement District is turning 40! The Broadway Business Improvement District (BBID) was established in 1986 when local Broadway business owners formed a collective voice for Saskatoon’s original commercial district. More than thirty years later, the BBID is still working hard to make Broadway the destination choice for all things local, urban, and cool in the city.

A small donation allows the Broadway BID to continue growing and providing opportunities for our merchants and community through initiatives, events and programming for the Broadway District.

Your donation can go towards Broadway through:
- Public Art (community murals, painted crosswalks, temporary and permanent installations)
- Events like Spring Fling, Street Fair, Ghouls & Goodies on Broadway, and Spirit of Christmas, free for attendees!
- Pop-up Performances

You can either donate with cash in-person or online using the link in our bio, the QR code on the post or by typing: broadwayyxe.com/donate-to-broadway! Together, we can continue to make Broadway grow, inclusive and accessible to everyone. 😊

The Broadway Business Improvement District is celebrating 40 years TODAY on August 25th, and we are going back in time to 1986 for our anniversary! Our final stop is the iconic Lydia's Pub, where Prairie Sun Brewery stands today. 🕰️

This week, we’re spotlighting ourselves, the Broadway Business Improvement District, in honour of our 40th anniversary! You may know us as the office that runs the Broadway Street Fair, Spring Fling, Spirit of Christmas and Ghouls & Goodies on Broadway! However, we want to tell you a little bit about what we do!

The Broadway Business Improvement District (BBID) was established in 1986 when local Broadway business owners formed a collective voice for Saskatoon’s original commercial district.

Forty years later, the Broadway BID is still working hard to make Broadway the destination choice for all things local, urban, and cool in the city. As a small yet mighty team, we support an eclectic business district by offering a unique, all-day, all-season experience that integrates community, culture and commerce. We are excited to be turning 40 years old and look forward to seeing Broadway grow over the next 40 years!
