With the permission of the Pavlovic family, we are sharing the following message with our Croatian community:

It is with sadness that we share the passing of Stanko Pavlovic, who passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 78.

Stanko was born on June 5, 1948, in Pazin, Croatia, to Josip Pavlovic and Maria Kalegac. He had five brothers: Tony Kalegac, Frank Pavlovic, Roman Pavlovic, Ivan Pavlovic, and Joseph Pavlovic. Stanko immigrated to Canada in 1972.

His family is hoping to reconnect with anyone who may have known Stanko, his parents, or his late brothers, whether in Croatia or in Canada.

If you have any memories, stories, photographs, or knew the Pavlovic or Kalegac family, the family would be deeply grateful if you could reach out. Even the smallest memory could bring comfort and help preserve Stanko's legacy for future generations.

Please feel free to leave a comment, send us a private message, or contact the family directly if you have their contact information. We will also be happy to connect you with the family if needed.

Thank you for helping us reach members of our Croatian community who may have known Stanko and the Pavlovic/Kalegac family. Your kindness and support are greatly appreciated.
