Our Vision Statements include the following.

All people with disabilities will lead rich full lives, have equal opportunities for lifelong learning, are valued as human beings, be recognized as important members of society and be part of, not parallel to, their community. Our Mission:
JCL CARE exists that others may have the richest fullest life possible. To this end it develops person centered, flexible opportunities and support for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
