How prepared is your organization to talk about Indigenous history, reconciliation, and inclusion?

June is National Indigenous History Month, and many organizations are looking for meaningful ways to build understanding across their workforce.

One of the most effective ways to begin is through training.

• Indigenous History & Impacts of Colonization
• Truth and Reconciliation
• Cultural Competency
• Indigenous Attraction & Recruitment Strategies
• Indigenous Socio-Economics & Demographics

• Indigenizing and Decolonizing Workplaces

Today, we recognize Moose Hide Campaign, a grassroots Indigenous-led movement committed to ending violence against women and children.

Violence continues to affect many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit individuals, families, and communities across generations.

Workplaces also influence how people experience belonging, safety, leadership, support, and relationships. The environments we create can contribute to spaces where First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people feel valued, heard, and supported.

Today is an opportunity to pause, reflect, learn, and consider how we show up for one another in our workplaces, communities, and relationships.
