This exhibition brings together personal photographs, family histories, ancestral artworks, and contemporary beadwork to explore how stories, relationships, and memory are carried across generations. Included are two childhood photographs connected to Wanuskewin, creating a deeply personal reflection on belonging, archives, and Indigenous identity.

What a weekend! ☀️

Broadway Avenue was packed for Broadway Spring Fling, and the Wanuskewin Collective enjoyed a record-breaking day connecting with new and familiar faces.

A special thank you to Kandis Merasty and Elmer Tootoosis for creating such a beautiful environment for song, dance, and community.

We loved sharing Wanuskewin’s story and meeting so many people from our community. If it’s been a while since your last visit, now is the perfect time to come back!

Summer at Wanuskewin means 7 kilometres of beautiful trails, cultural experiences, delicious food, unique Indigenous-made gifts, and plenty of opportunities to connect with the land.
