Prairie Arctic Regional Council

Prairie Arctic Regional Council Prairie Arctic Regional Council is a division of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. We are highly skilled, productive, and safe.

In 2012, the Saskatchewan and Manitoba Regional Councils merged and became the Prairie Arctic Regional Council of Carpenters, Drywallers, Millwrights, and Allied Workers. PARC currently has two millwright locals (1443, 1021), four carpenter locals (343, 1985, 1515, 1614) and one multi-craft local (1999) serving a diverse group of unionized workers across the prairies. There are training centers in

Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon that are dedicated to providing the most up to date safety and skills training to our members. If there was ever a time to work Union in our area it is now. From contractors thinking about a new way of doing business to tradespeople looking for a change there has never been a better time.
