🥋🔥 JUDO SASK IS HEADED TO THE ONTARIO OPEN! 🔥🥋

We are SO excited to announce our Judo Sask roster heading to the Ontario Open October 16–18! 💪🥋

Our athletes have been putting in the work, pushing through tough practices, learning, growing, and preparing for the opportunity to step onto the mat and represent Saskatchewan! 💚

We are incredibly proud of every athlete making the trip and can’t wait to watch them take on some of the best competition from across the country!

🥋🔥 NEW MONTH, NEW THROW! 🔥🥋

It’s officially October, which means it’s time for a NEW Throw of the Month! 🎉

🥋 OCTOBER THROW OF THE MONTH: TSURI GOSHI 🥋

This month, we’re focusing on Tsuri Goshi, a powerful hip throw that combines strong hip positioning, control, and timing.

💪 Focus on:
🔹 Strong sleeve and lapel control
🔹 Getting your hips into the right position
🔹 Loading your opponent onto your hip
🔹 Powerful lifting and turning action
🔹 Finishing with control!

Take the time to work on the details, sharpen your technique, and most importantly — get on the mat and throw! 🔥
