💜 Naloxone training is also available this Wednesday (10am-3pm), drop in to learn how to respond to an opioid overdose and receive a free naloxone kit. No appointment needed.

Did you know? In Canada, National Breastfeeding Week takes place during the 40th week of the year, symbolically reflecting the length of a full-term pregnancy. This timing highlights the important early days of a newborn’s life, when breastfeeding is first established, and the importance of support for families during this time.

This week, we recognize the many benefits breastfeeding can provide for babies and mothers, while also recognizing that every family’s feeding journey is different.

Take a look at the programs and services available at the Health Centre this week.

📌Please Note: The STC Health Centre will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The Needle Exchange Program will remain open at the back of the Health Centre from 11:00am-5:00pm.

All other services will resume on Thursday at 9:00am
