Supporting cancer care, one ticket at a time. 💙

The Lions Zone 6 Share the Wealth Raffle has once again made a meaningful impact, raising $10,000 in support of cancer care at Bluewater Health.

Organized by the Petrolia, Sarnia, Arkona, Wyoming, and Wyoming Lioness Lions Clubs, the annual raffle gives participants the chance to win cash prizes while helping advance local healthcare.

Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and to the dedicated Lions members who make this fundraiser a success each year!

It's near the end of the school year and we have given two soccer balls for two local students Owen and Ben.

These small soccer balls were designed and made by members. They make noise with shakers inside which allows them to be easier to find for the blind and visually impaired while out in a field or indoors.

You may have Uveitis.

Uveitis is when there is inflammation of the uvea, the middle layer of the eye, which can cause severe pain, redness, blurry vision, and light sensitivity. It is considered a serious condition that could lead to permanent vision loss or blindness if left untreated. Uveitis is rare and tattoo-associated uveitis is considered rarer still.
