In 2025 the Salisbury Lions club donated over $60,000 and hundreds of volunteer hours to local initiatives, families in need, local athletes, school groups, sports teams, and global initiatives including the Lions Foundation of Canada Guide Dogs. It is very rewarding to know that Rhonda O’Blenis, a resident of Salisbury, a long time member of Moncton Lions Club who is now serving as a Salisbury Lions member is going through the process and will be matched with a guide dog in the coming months. It’s great to see that this national organization is helping someone local.

A huge Thank You to the SRS Ships and Giggles and More Ships and Giggles Dragon Boat Teams that volunteered at this mornings Lions Club Breakfast. We didnt get all of the students that volunteered in the pictures -

wow wow wow our Youth in this community are simply inspiring for our lions and make the breakfasts possible. These students Deserve a huge Salisbury Shout Out ! Our Lions were proud to present the Dragon Boat Teams with a cheque for $500 in appreciation for their help.
