A Compass for Guiding Young People to Build Their Future with Confidence

On the morning of June 10, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), two international experts and founders of the non-profit organizations UCM and SCT, Professor Francis L. Kaya and Professor Christiane Muller, led an inspiring and thought-provoking discussion with students. They were joined by Ms. Phan Linh, psychologist, lecturer, and Director of MyEQ Center and UCM Vietnam.

The theme, “Finding Direction for the Future: Moving Beyond Confusion and Discovering the Right Path,” highlighted a concerning reality: many young adults enter their twenties feeling uncertain, disoriented, and lacking a genuine understanding of themselves.

According to the experts, this feeling of uncertainty when facing important life choices is extremely common. However, the deeper issue is that many young people have never been given the tools needed to understand and accept these emotions as a natural part of the learning process and the development of personal qualities. This involves exploring their interests, clarifying their values and priorities, and learning how to observe themselves and reflect on their emotions in relation to collective resonance.

For the first time, UEF students became aware that they are not merely scrolling through hundreds or even thousands of emotionally charged messages each day that subtly influence their thoughts and unconscious decisions. They also gained a clearer understanding of the collective dimension of the network of information and relationships that continuously interweaves personal life, education, and career development.

Professor Kaya encouraged students, regardless of their year of study, to begin today by creating a plan that includes a list of twenty companies within their field of interest where they would like to work. The more clearly a person puts their reflections on paper, the easier it becomes to understand why certain professional environments are attractive to them and how these are connected to their interests, strengths, and the areas they still wish to improve within themselves.

The application of the Law of Resonance, illustrated through university life and the visualization of a future work environment—including relationships with managers, colleagues, and collaborators—provided valuable insights for everyone involved in supporting young people.

The feeling of “confusion” at the threshold of adulthood does not appear spontaneously. It is often the result of an adolescence—or even a childhood—during which a genuine emotional compass was missing. When the questions, pressures, and inner challenges experienced between the ages of 10 and 18 are not listened to, recognized, and properly supported, young people may carry a sense of disconnection or uncertainty into adulthood.

Conversely, when children learn from an early age to observe themselves, recognize their strengths, and manage their emotions, they gradually develop the confidence needed to build their future without fearing academic or social pressures. The greatest gift we can offer young people is not to prepare a ready-made path for them, but rather to provide them with the ability to find their own direction, along with a space where they can experiment, measure, adjust, and develop their own abilities.

On this occasion, MyEQ offered five individual psychological consultation sessions, along with valuable support opportunities for UEF students who may need assistance. These services are provided by a team of emotional intelligence specialists who have been trained over several years by Professors Kaya and Christiane Muller according to internationally recognized standards and certified in their field.

We sincerely thank the faculty members, leadership team of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), the students who attended, as well as every member of the MyEQ team and the volunteers who helped sow the seeds of emotional intelligence within the university environment and contribute to building our collective future.

✨ 3 Key Lessons from Dream Day ✨

During the two highly appreciated sharing sessions, “I Understand My Dream & My Dream Understands Me,” participants received an inspiring light filled with love and wisdom, shared by the two founders of UCM and the SCT Foundation Switzerland, Professor Kaya and Christiane Muller.

# # # 🔑 1. What Shapes Our Future

Dreams are a fundamental and essential tool that allows each of us to communicate with our immense inner potential. They also provide a valuable way to support new generations who are growing up in an era where technology and artificial intelligence are accelerating the expansion of human consciousness.

The great language that governs the Universe is the language of symbols. The source code of a symbol—its deepest essence—already exists within our consciousness. Everything that exists outside of us first exists within us.

# # # 🔑 2. Acknowledge Your Qualities More Often

Whenever a nightmare or a negative image appears in a dream, by gaining a deeper understanding of the “Where?”, the “Who?”, and the “What is happening?” through the decoding of the 3F mechanism (the three psychological responses of Fight, Flight, and Freeze often observed in dreams), repeat the following to yourself:

💬 “I also possess many wonderful qualities and positive aspects, and what I see as negative represents only a small percentage of who I am. It appears as a teacher showing me how I can improve.”

In this way, we move beyond the cycle of mental fatigue that says, “Oh no, not this again,” and enter a state of gratitude and joy that welcomes the nightmare as a teacher showing us how to evolve.

# # # 🔑 3. Keep a Dream Journal

Develop the habit of waking up 15 minutes earlier each morning to record your dreams, either by writing them down or making an audio recording. Then practice decoding at least one symbol or one scene from your dream.

Connect the lesson or message you discover to your everyday life.

Learn gradually, step by step, just as we learn to write by putting letters together. Decoding dreams through symbolic language requires learning the “alphabet” of dreams through the symbols you observe.

By connecting these symbols together, you create a matrix of information that links the world of causes and the world of effects. This allows you to remain calm, centered, and clear in every situation and with every person you encounter.

For example, if you dream of an animal or encounter someone—a manager, colleague, or partner—who strongly expresses qualities associated with a particular animal (a lion, snake, cat, etc.), you can explore the characteristics, functions, and behaviors of that animal.

Science has studied these traits in great detail. This process can help you recognize and integrate positive qualities (the positive code) while transforming their imbalanced or opposite expressions (the negative code) that resonate within you, whether that resonance is positive (admiration, appreciation) or more challenging (irritation, discomfort, or disturbance).

Dream analysis connected to real life is a powerful technique for “rewriting reality” through self-observation and deep reflection on one’s personal development.

Its purpose is to harmonize the spiritual and the material, develop human qualities, and become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.

🧭 And above all, stop comparing yourself to others.

Even when people follow the same path, their memories, experiences, and pace of growth are different.

UCM is sharing a first photo taken at the end of the event today. The complete photo album will be selected and published by our team on the next working day.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who opened their hearts and shared the insights and reflections that inspired them during Dream Day, both in Ho Chi Minh City and in Hanoi last May.

✨ 3 bí quyết từ Dream Day
Ở 2 phiên chia sẻ 'bắt trend' Mình hiểu Mơ & Mơ hiểu Mình, chúng ta đã tiếp nhận nguồn sáng lấp lánh, của tình yêu thương và trí tuệ từ trái tim hai nhà sáng lập UCM toàn cầu & SCT Thuỵ Sĩ, thầy Kaya và cô Christiane chia sẻ:

✨ To Love Beyond All Things... ✨

A warm hello to all of you 🌈🌸,

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to share a story I wrote, whose message feels important to me (for those who would like to read it 🙂...).

Once upon a time, there was a baker who was deeply passionate about his craft. Over the years, he received several offers to become the coordinator or director of some of the finest bakeries in Paris. Yet he turned them all down. What he loved most was staying close to his art—feeling the dough beneath his hands, watching the bread rise, sharing his knowledge, and training the younger generation.

So he opened his own bakery in the heart of his village.

Among those around him was a talented young man who worked by his side. The baker taught him everything he knew. He shared his techniques, his experience, his mistakes, his successes, and above all, his love for the profession.

But over time, the young man's perspective began to change. He started noticing more of what was wrong than what was working: aging equipment, organizational imperfections, planning mistakes. Every decision made by the old baker became a subject of criticism.

Then came the day when the young man decided to open his own bakery in the same village.

Very quickly, he discovered the weight of responsibility. He became afraid of not having enough customers, enough resources, or of not being good enough. And that fear grew. Instead of building upon what he had received, he began criticizing the one who had trained him. Criticism turned into exaggeration, and sometimes even into falsehoods.

The old baker never responded to the attacks.

Some customers left. Others stayed. But he knew that what truly mattered remained untouched: his love for his work. He knew he was not perfect. He was aware of his limitations and mistakes. Yet every day, he did his very best with sincerity and with the resources he had. Isn't that what truly matters?

He even felt great compassion for his former apprentice. For he knew that no one ever finds peace by belittling or speaking poorly of someone else. He also knew that the young man was far more than the criticisms he voiced.

Deep down, what matters is not deciding whether someone is good or bad. Can anyone truly evaluate another person without the influence of their own filters? What matters is observing ourselves: recognizing our resonances, our projections, our fears, and our limitations... while maintaining our ability to remain in love.

We can always choose to focus on what is missing, or we can choose to see what is already there. We can choose to count imperfections, or we can choose to honor what has been built.

The old baker had understood this long ago. Even if some customers left, he knew he had already warmed many hearts by offering them fresh, crusty bread. And that is something no one could ever take away from him.

✨ Loving Beyond Everything... ✨

When a life is guided by an ideal greater than oneself, when the sincere desire to help, understand, and serve humanity becomes a daily priority, doors naturally begin to open. Meaningful encounters take place. Collaborations are born and reborn. And a mission that once seemed impossible gradually becomes a reality.

Over the years, Christiane Muller has met students, researchers, therapists, teachers, leaders, families, and people from all walks of life, always driven by the same objective: to contribute to the awakening of consciousness and the development of the human qualities that enable us to build a better world.

Beyond the books, conferences, and travels, hers is above all a life of devotion, perseverance, faith, and service dedicated to the human being.

Come meet Christiane, Kaya, and the entire team at the upcoming UCM Summer Seminar 2026, on the theme:

🌱 Lost at 20… because you forgot your favorite color?

This morning (June 12), during the conference “Finding Your Future: Moving Beyond Uncertainty and Discovering Your Path,” more than 500 students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering were deeply moved by an important question:

Why do we need to transform emotions into Emotional Intelligence?

In an era where everything seems to move faster than ever, one student courageously shared a deeply personal realization. After 20 years of life, he felt completely disconnected from himself. He no longer remembered who he had been as a child, did not know his favorite color, his favorite foods, or even what he truly liked.

His question resonated throughout the auditorium:

“If I do not understand myself, how can I choose my future, find a profession that suits me, or connect with an organization where I can truly thrive?”

Professor Francis L. Kaya and Christiane Muller praised the student’s courage.

Professor Kaya encouraged all students by reminding them that simply having the courage to stand up and ask a question is already opening a door to new opportunities in life.

He added with a smile:

“If you don’t even know what your favorite color is, how will you one day choose the logo color of your company or personal brand?”

He invited the students to close their eyes, reconnect with the colors they naturally feel drawn to, and courageously revisit their memories—both positive and challenging—to understand that life is like a book composed of many chapters. The difficulties we experience in the past often become the foundations that support our present and guide our future.

Sharing a personal story from his childhood, Professor Kaya recalled an experience from fourth grade when he faced subtle bullying from an older student who regularly diminished him through negative comments. There was no physical aggression, but the psychological impact was very real.

As a sensitive child, young Kaya often felt intimidated and uncomfortable whenever this student was nearby, yet he never spoke about it to his parents.

This experience led him to emphasize an important reality:

When we are sensitive, we need knowledge about human psychology and behavior—knowledge that schools often do not teach deeply enough.

We frequently assume that we understand ourselves and others, but our understanding often remains superficial.

Without a deeper understanding of our inner world and the psychological mechanisms that influence our decisions, many of life’s most important choices—career, relationships, marriage, and personal projects—may be made from an incomplete understanding of who we truly are.

This conference served as a meaningful reminder:

If we want young adults to avoid feeling disconnected from themselves when they reach their twenties, the journey of self-understanding must begin during adolescence.

This is one of the reasons why UCM, MyEQ, and their teams continue their mission of offering educational programs, research, and transformative learning experiences that help young people develop Emotional Intelligence and consciously design their own Dream Life.

🌿 For parents of children and teenagers aged 7 to 18, a special online conference will soon be offered:

✨ Energy Healing Is Real!

On June 6–7 in Hanoi, participants seeking a deeper understanding of energy, consciousness, and personal development experienced a multi-level journey of learning and practice during the Energy Healing Workshop led by Christiane Muller and Haritha Nayak.

When guided with both gentleness and rigor, energy healing offers a unique opportunity to better understand the power of conscious attention and its role in supporting the flow of energy throughout the body and mind.

At the UCM Teaching & Research Center and UCM Vietnam, this approach is based on the research and teachings developed by Christiane Muller and Professor Kaya, co-founders of this work, whose pioneering spirit has contributed to advancing the understanding of dream science, symbolic language, and human consciousness.

This method includes the use of precise and structured mantras connected to the 72 regions of consciousness, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater harmonization of their inner world.

When the right conditions are present — openness, respect, receptivity, and sincere intention — the process of energy healing naturally aligns with universal principles such as the Law of Resonance and the Law of Synchronicity.

Each part of the body — the head, neck, shoulders, heart, lungs, internal organs, arms, and legs — interconnects physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions, each carrying its own symbolic meaning. Through the light of symbolic language, it becomes possible to accompany a person toward a deeper understanding of themselves.

Energy healing is not limited to physical well-being. It can also help bring movement to certain memories, release blockages, and support a more harmonious process of inner renewal.

🙏 Thank you to Christiane Muller and Haritha Nayak for sharing their profound and ancient teachings, and to all participants for their openness, commitment, and sincere desire to learn.

This workshop concluded a series of activities in Hanoi. This week, the team continues its mission in Ho Chi Minh City, sharing knowledge related to Emotional Intelligence, Symbolic Language, and Human Development with universities, partners, and local communities.
