We are so grateful for our amazing community partner Doug Tarry Homes
The 2025 LemonAID Day campaign officially launched with a vibrant kickoff event in St. Thomas, gathering key sponsors, local organizations, and community leaders to help spread the word. Hosted by the Elgin Children’s Foundation and supported by Doug Tarry Homes, the event served as an energizing reminder of what this campaign is all about: helping local children attend summer camp through the power of community generosity.
LemonAID Day, taking place Saturday, June 13, invites families, businesses, and groups across Elgin County to set up lemonade stands and raise funds to support children in need. Each registered stand receives a starter kit that includes lemonade mix, cups, signage, t-shirts, and banners, making it easy for participants to get involved and make a visible impact.
This kickoff was not just a celebration it was a call to action. More organizations, businesses, and individuals are encouraged to join the initiative by hosting their own stand or supporting one in their neighborhood. With strong community involvement, LemonAID Day has the potential to provide life-changing camp experiences for dozens of local youth.
