🛎️ After the Bell packs arrived today from Food Banks Canada and we are so grateful for the extra summer support. After the Bell is handed out with our Summer Top Up Program, beginning July 6 and running weekly until August 27.
🛎️ One time per week, children ages 3-17 can come in and pick up their summer package ( children must reside in the home and you must be a registered visitor to our food bank to be eligible for this program )
🛎️If you’re not a registered visitor, you can register by texting 519-878-3663 ( calls are welcome but texting is quicker as our phone lines are extremely busy )

A young girl arrived to pick up her food pack—excited to choose her favourites. Later that day, at a Teddy Bear picnic, she shared her snacks, carefully pouring juice into a tiny teacup for herself and her bear. Even her mom joined in. It was a simple, joyful moment—but one that meant everything.
Through After the Bell, moments like these are happening in communities across the country. In one rural community, the program became more than food support—it created space for connection. Kids helped pack bags, families gathered at local events, and meaningful relationships grew week by week.
