We were delighted to visit Harvest Hands and present grants from the Great-EST Needs Fund and the Marg & Harold Carroll Fund.

Harvest Hands plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity in our community. We are proud to support their work and the positive impact they make every day.

Funds still needed to support this work in progress. We can do it!

We’re excited to launch our

“Are You 1 in 300?”

campaign — and we can’t wait to see what this incredible community can do together.

Our new loading dock will make a huge difference in how we serve those in our community struggling with food insecurity. It means more food moving in and out, improved efficiency, and less strain on our hardworking team — so we can focus even more on feeding those in need.

Even more exciting… our groundbreaking is expected any day now! 🚧

With the support of this amazing community behind us, we know what’s possible. Just imagine — if 300 businesses come together, how quickly could we reach our goal?
Together, we can build something that will have a lasting impact for years to come.

Support the great work of the coaltion on water safety.

Did you know we have a Community Fund? 🛟

The Elgin Drowning Prevention Fund helps support local projects that make our communities safer in, on, and around the water.

One example is the Ryan Davies Project in the City of St. Thomas, which includes the installation of new lifesaving stations and improved water safety signage at local water sites. This work helps ensure lifesaving equipment is visible, accessible, and available in an emergency.

Donations to the fund can also help support future initiatives such as lifejacket loaner programs, water safety education, community outreach, signage, and lifesaving equipment across Elgin County.

Scan to donate or visit: https://escf.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1813 and help support local drowning prevention.
