What a night! The 46th annual St. Thomas Sports Spectacular raised tens of thousands of dollars for Special Olympics and Community Living Elgin.
The celebrities were gracious and the patrons had a sensational evening.
A special highlight was Ray Bourque spontaneously auctioning off four packages to see the Bruins in Boston and eat at his restaurant.
A huge thank you to our record number of sponsors and congratulations to our athletes of the year Isaiah Gordon and Alex Hunt. Their speeches put a spotlight why this funding is so important.

What a night and it’s just the preview.
Jesse Barfield held a baseball clinic with minor ball players while Olympic volleyballers Sam Schachter and Sophie Bukovec taught members of the Express.
The main event is Thursday

We are thrilled to welcome Quarterback Taylor Elgersma to our event Thursday.
Taylor played in Senior Bowl and in the preseason for the Packers this season and had NFL workouts with other teams.
The London, Ont. QB’s CFL rights are held by Winnipeg.

Don't miss Wednesday's (Jan. 21) youth baseball clinic at the Power Alley (560 Talbot St.) with former Toronto Blue Jays legend Jesse Barfield.

The clinic, which is only open to registered St. Thomas Minor Baseball players, runs from 7:30-8:30 p.m. and the cost is $30 per player. Registration is required.

This year we’ll be honouring Ethan Dolby (USports Rush leader), AJ Stanat (2nd at Canadians), Sadie Waite (signs pro deal w/ Ottawa), Andrea Lai and Nash Okkerse (OFSAA champs), Alex Fangeat (Cycling World Record setter) .

We are pleased to announce another Hockey Hall of Famer to our 2026 head table.

Marcel Dionne (6th all-time in goals with 731) will be coming back to the Sports Spectacular on Jan. 22nd for the first time since 1999.

He won the Art Ross Trophy as the leading scorer in 1979-1980 and we will have the trophy from the HHOF to take photos with Marcel.

In 18 seasons in the NHL with Det/LAK/NYR he scored 50 or more goals six times, and is one of only four players ever to score 100 points eight or more times (Gretzky, Lemieux and McDavid).

He joins HHOFer Ray Bourque, NBA star Rick Mahorn, Slaphot Movie actor Yvon Barrette, Boxer Natasha Spence and WWE HOFer Typhoon/Tugboat.
