Annual General Meeting
NOTICE TO MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Charlotte County Alternative Transportation Association Inc. (Charlotte Dial-A-Ride) will be holding their Annual General Meeting of Members at the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission (SNBSC) Boardroom at 6:30pm on July 15, 2026. The SNBSC is located at 33 Wall Street, St. Stephen.

We will be reporting on the activities of Charlotte Dial-A-Ride in 2025, as well as presenting a financial statement for that year. We will also present reports from the Board Chair, Executive Director and Treasurer.

This meeting is open to the Public; however, only Members of Charlotte Dial-A-Ride are permitted to vote on motions put forward for Member approval.
