Bee Me Kidz

Bee Me Kidz Children will learn about understanding and managing their emotions, problem-solving, making friends and building confidence.

A FREE program for families in New Brunswick that makes learning and growing fun! ๐Ÿ Bee Me Kidz is a unique social and emotional learning program developed for the family unit and helps entire communities. Saturdays at Bee Me Kidz are special because of our unique approach to helping families be โ€œthe best me they can bee!โ€ Children in grades 1 to 5, siblings, and parents/guardians will attend an

hour and a half group session where the family can make friends and have fun. During this time, parents/guardians will laugh and learn the parallel lessons as their child(ren) so it can be reinforced at home. At the end of Parent Group, parents/guardians can make a delicious and nutritious take-home brunch to enjoy as a family. Bee Me Kidz offers a community of support and trust. Check out what other parents and families are saying about the program on our page. We hope to meet you and your family soon. Feel free to call (506) 349-7331 if you have any questions and to learn more.

Our findings show that Bee Me Kidz is having a transformational impact ๐Ÿ’›

As Dr. Wendy Stewart, NB Pediatric Neurologist and Bee Me Kidz Board Member, is finding in her research, the program is helping create positive change in parenting practices, family relationships and social cohesion, with ripple effects that extend far beyond the program itself.

That kind of impact speaks to what Bee Me Kidz has always been built around: supporting children, strengthening families and creating meaningful connections within the community.
Because when support reaches beyond the child and into the family as a whole, the results can be powerful, lasting and deeply meaningful ๐Ÿ

Bee Me Kidz by the numbers ๐Ÿ’›

Over the 2025/2026 year, Bee Me Kidz continued to show what community support can look like in action:

9 schools
102 staff (full & part time)
3,147 children supported weekly
18,853 brunches served
48,795 snacks served

Behind every number is a child being supported, a family being welcomed and a community coming together to make a difference.

Weโ€™re so proud of what this year made possible ๐Ÿ Thank you.

This special Leaderz photobooth gave our Grade 5 students a chance to reflect on the year and share some of those moments with their educators ๐Ÿ’›

It was a meaningful way to look back on how much they have learned, how much they have grown, and the relationships that helped shape that journey along the way.

Moments like this are such an important part of social and emotional learning. They help children build self-awareness, express appreciation, and recognize the people who have supported them throughout the year.

A beautiful way to celebrate growth, connection and all that this year has meant ๐Ÿ

Did you know that every Saturday at Bee Me Kidz has its own theme? ๐Ÿ’›

A few weeks ago, the theme was Minecraft Dayโ€ฆ as you can probably tell from Abby and Laurenโ€™s shirts ๐Ÿ˜Š

Themed Saturdays are a fun way to make learning feel exciting and familiar for children, but they also support something deeper. Through shared themes and activities, children have opportunities to connect with others, practice communication, work together and express themselves creatively.

And these are all important parts of social and emotional learning. They help children build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop empathy, and learn how to interact positively with the world around them.

Itโ€™s one more way Bee Me Kidz helps make Saturdays fun, meaningful and full of opportunities to grow ๐Ÿ
