The Saint John Region is growing! The Population & Immigration Trends Report shows how people continue to choose the Saint John Region as a place to live, work, study, and build their future. Here are some highlights:

➡️ Saint John's population reached 144,543 in 2025
➡️ 1,935 people were added through immigration in 2025
➡️ Population grew by 1.1% from 2024 to 2025
