Executive Director, Ann Barrett (L) and a happy group of Hazen White St Francis students were pleased to accept a grant award of $5,000 from Board Director Zoe Watson (R). This award helps support school nutritional programs for children through the Youth Enhancement Program. Congratulations!

Board Director Morgan Vickers was pleased to visit the Unique Family Centre Inc. in Neguac, and present them with a grant award of $15,000. This grant award will help support the cost of the summer programs, the school backpack program and the upcoming Christmas food gift baskets all to help the children and youth of the region. Congratulations!

President Jim O'Connell was happy to present The Saint John Theatre Company's Executive Director, Stephen Tobias, with a grant award of $7,000. This award will help support the ARC Academy Education Outreach program for children and youth. Congratulations!

"We are incredibly grateful to the New Brunswick Children’s Foundation for their generous $20,000 contribution to the Adapted Bikes & Trikes Program at the Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation. This support will help provide customized adapted bicycles and tricycles to children with complex neuromotor disabilities — at no cost to their families.

As the only program of its kind in Canada, Bikes & Trikes plays an important role in supporting children’s physical rehabilitation while promoting independence, confidence, mobility, and social inclusion. Through the generosity of donors, children across New Brunswick can experience the freedom and joy of riding a bike while continuing to work toward their rehabilitation goals.

Thank you to the New Brunswick Children’s Foundation for investing in the health and well-being of children in our community. A special thank you to Board Member Jill Fox for dropping the cheque off at the Chalmers Foundation Office!"
