Some kids join Kids Town because they love theatre.
Some come for the games.
Some just need something more interesting than staying home all summer.

And then suddenly:
— they’re on stage
— making team challenges
— arguing over creative ideas
— laughing during improv games
— using the microphone like they’ve done it for years

Every group ends up creating its own little world.

That’s what we love most about this program.

✨ 𝐀 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐋𝐀𝐁 𝐃𝐂𝐈! ✨

Last Saturday, our studio was filled with the sounds of jazz, dancing, and joyful energy as Saint John Swing Dance hosted The Ella Ball, celebrating the legendary First Lady of Jazz, Ella Fitzgerald.

The atmosphere was absolutely magical, with talented dancers, great music, and a warm community spirit filling every corner of the studio.

Thank you to Saint John Swing Dance for bringing such a beautiful event to our space. We loved seeing the studio come alive with so much creativity, movement, and joy!

This day our choir, ArtLab DCI “Oberih,” was happy to sing Ukrainian songs at the Vyshyvanka Day. 💙💛

It was very special to share our culture, traditions, and songs with the community. We were touched by the warm smiles, applause, and kind words from everyone who listened.

Thank you for your support and for celebrating this beautiful day with us. It was wonderful to feel that our songs reached your hearts.

ART LAB can get VERY loud sometimes 🎭

One room is doing improv games.
Someone is trying the microphone for the first time.
Another group is building a ridiculous theatre scene that somehow turns into a full performance.

And honestly?
That’s exactly the point.

Kids Town was created as a space where kids can move, interact, create, joke around, participate, and actually spend time together offline.

No pressure.
No boring classroom energy.
Just active, creative chaos in the best way.

If your child loves drawing, painting, cutting, gluing, or simply making things — art classes can be a beautiful place to start.

At ART LAB, kids learn through creative activities that help develop:
