NB Soap Box Derby A great family event supporting an awesome cause! Come to Cranston Avenue on Saturday, June 6 2026!

Being a registered charity and non-profit organization, all funds raised by the activities of the Pavilion are returned to the community and support community programs in Rockwood Park. These programs include MOVIES in the PARK, RECREATION Your Way in the PARK, SENIORS in the PARK and AWESOME Adventures in the PARK. The largest community program, PALS in the PARK, is funded completely by the Saint John Soap Box Derby.

Maritime Hydroseed has been the APEGNB Saint John Soap Box Derby Track Sponsor since 2016!
Their team provides the bales of hay that line the race track on Cranston Avenue.
While they might look like the perfect seat to watch the race, we ask that you stand behind the track for the safety of the drivers!
