It's Germain Street Open day! ⛳🎉

Teams are hitting the streets of uptown Saint John for the 32nd annual Germain Street Open, the city's urban mini-putt tournament!

We're so thankful to be the beneficiary for the third year in a row. Every dollar raised supports Creative Connections, L'Arche Saint John's uptown art studio.

A huge thank you to the Germain Street Open committee, participating businesses, volunteers, sponsors and everyone taking part today. Your support makes a difference!

We’re so grateful to the Saint John Malayali Association () for choosing L’Arche Saint John as the charitable beneficiary of this year’s Onam Maholsavam.

Last month, the association brought the Saint John community together to celebrate Onam, the traditional harvest festival of Kerala, with music, dance, food and cultural performances.

Thanks to their generosity and the generosity of everyone who attended, more than $5,000 was raised in support of L’Arche Saint John.

Thank you to the Saint John Malayali Association for welcoming us into this celebration and for finding a meaningful way to combine culture, community and giving back. We’re so grateful for your support!

🎉 Creative Connections is 10! 🎉

This month, we celebrated 10 years of Creative Connections, L’Arche Saint John’s uptown art studio!

We marked the occasion with a special art sale, birthday cake and plenty of reasons to celebrate. We also officially opened our new Free Little Art Gallery, where visitors can take a tiny piece of art and leave a tiny piece for someone else to enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and to everyone who has supported Creative Connections over the past 10 years. A special thank you to the Saint John Sea Dogs for making a surprise visit and making the celebration even more special for Kathryn, one of their biggest fans!

The Germain Street Open is just ONE WEEK away! ⛳

On Saturday, Oct. 24, teams will take over uptown Saint John for the city's urban mini-golf tournament, celebrating 32 years of fun and giving back to our community.

Earlier this month, we celebrated L’Arche International Family Day with a picnic lunch and an outing to Minister’s Island near St. Andrews!

The first Saturday in October is a special time for L’Arche communities around the world to celebrate the connections that bring us together.

✨ Thank you for Building Community with us! ✨

Because of your generosity, we raised over $50,000 at our Building Community gala last week!

And the audience rallied to our call for donations to our Brighter Futures endowment, triggering the full $5,000 matching donation from The Stonehouse Agency, for a total of $11,000 to support the fund held by the Greater Saint John Community Foundation. What an incredible demonstration of support from our community.

From inspiring words by Madison Tevlin, to the presentation of the Spirit of L’Arche Awards to all the art and auction excitement (including Lana Langille Doucette Art live painting!) -- the night was filled with heart and community.
