Tomorrow is McHappy Day!! 🍟❤️

On Thursday, May 8th, head to your nearest McDonald's to pick up your favorite menu item and support Maritime families traveling to support their sick or injured child.

A portion of proceeds from every menu item goes to Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) Atlantic to help keep families close when they need it most.

Farewell to our original House💙

For over 40 years, our original Ronald McDonald House on Tower Road in Halifax has been a place of comfort and care for thousands of Maritime families. A space to focus on what matters most - their child's medical treatment.

To everyone who has supported us on this journey at Tower Road, thank you. Your unwavering support helped us create a home filled with hope, strength, and community.

Finally, to every family who passed through the doors of 1133 — thank you for trusting us to be part of your story.

With gratitude and a bright future, we say goodbye to Tower Road and hello to our next chapter at our new Ronald McDonald House

BIG NEWS ALERT

RMHC Atlantic will be welcoming families on April 29th, 2025! ❤️

In just a month, Ronald McDonald House will support more Maritime families than ever before, in a new home-away-from-home, with more room for programs and more moments together, keeping families close.

With our date set, we'll be sharing more behind the scenes of our finishing touches on the House and showcasing new spaces for families traveling for their child's medical treatment.

Over the past six years, the PJ walk event has raised across the Maritimes more than $1,080,000 to support families with ill or injured children. Through this pledge-based fundraiser, our PJ Walk For Kids raises funds needed to ensure families have a warm and comfortable home-away-from-home when traveling for the medical care their child needs.

Au cours des six dernières années, la Pyja-marche a amassé plus de 1 080 000 $ dans les Maritimes pour venir en aide aux familles d'un enfant malade. Par le biais de cette collecte de fonds basée sur des promesses de don, la Pyja-marche pour les enfants amassera les fonds nécessaires pour nous assurer que les familles ont un second chez-soi accueillant et douillet lorsqu’elles doivent se déplacer pour les soins dont leur enfant malade a besoin.
