We’re proud to introduce our first Grimsby Repair Café, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Grimsby!

Instead of throwing things away, bring them to the library this Saturday and see if they can be repaired. Our volunteer fixers can help with small appliances, lamps, furniture, jewelry, tool sharpening, and more.

Free, drop-in, and open to everyone.

Join us for Chair Yoga. This 4-week series uses a chair to support gentle movement and improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. Chair Yoga can help release tension and leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.

Nearly 6 in 10 young adults (18–24) say cost keeps them from getting mental health help. No one should have to choose between paying rent and paying for care. CMHA Niagara offers free mental health and addiction services, programs and supports.
Today’s reflection: Think of the young people in your life. Family, friends or even neighbours. They deserve care they can afford. Let’s keep speaking up until that becomes reality.
