REACH Niagara is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse to join our Recuperative Care Unit in Niagara Falls!

Here's what makes this opportunity stand out:
🔷 Part-time hours: 14 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts
🔷 No overnight shifts
🔷 Competitive wage of $28.39–$35.08/hour, plus 8% vacation pay
🔷 A smaller, 10-bed unit where you can build meaningful connections and see the direct impact of your care

You'll support individuals experiencing homelessness as they recover after hospital discharge, providing compassionate, client-centred care in a collaborative team environment.

If you see these friendly faces around downtown St. Catharines, now you know who they are!

Our Block Leaders are community members with lived experience who bring valuable insight, understanding, and genuine connection to their work.

They know their community, understand the challenges people may face, and use their experiences to build trust, offer support, and connect people with the resources they need.

Block Leaders do a whole lot, from checking-in on folks downtown, connecting community members to meal programs and healthcare to offering a friendly face, a listening ear, and helping clean up litter around downtown.

Their compassion, dedication, and deep understanding of the community help make downtown a bit cleaner, more connected, and helps build a more welcoming place for everyone.

We're incredibly grateful for all they do!

REACH Niagara is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at our Recuperative Care Unit in Niagara Falls.

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of unhoused individuals recovering after a hospital stay, providing compassionate, client-centred care in a supportive, community-based setting.

Here's what we offer:
🔷 Total compensation upwards of $74,000 ($28.39–$35.08/hour)
🔷 Full-time (35 hours/week)
🔷 Paid time off
🔷 No night shifts
🔷 Just 10 beds, giving you more time to connect with patients and see the difference your care makes.

Temporary contract until March 31, 2028, with potential for renewal
