We’re excited to welcome Dr. Eddy Ng, Professor of Organizational Behaviour and the Smith Professor of Equity & Inclusion in Business at Queen’s University.

As an internationally recognized researcher, Dr. Ng has helped organizations better understand the changing workplace, generational differences, and what it takes to build stronger, more inclusive teams. His work has been featured by the Globe and Mail, Wall Street Journal, CBC, BBC, and NPR.

This past weekend, NEXTNiagara was proud to partner with Equal Voice Niagara for Campaign School at the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce.

The program brought together aspiring leaders to learn about the political process, campaign fundamentals, public engagement, and the impact of local government.

Creating opportunities for emerging leaders to develop new skills, build confidence, and engage in their communities is at the heart of what we do, and we were proud to support a program dedicated to increasing representation in public leadership.

Thank you to everyone who participated in a day filled with learning, connection, and inspiration.
