We’re proud to announce that Local 199 members at Complex Services (Casino Security) voted in favour of ratifying a new three-year collective agreement !

Covering Security Officers who work at Fallsview Casino, Casino Niagara and the OLG Stage, this agreement delivers wage increases, strengthens job security, provides opportunities for member growth and ensures fair and equitable treatment for members.

Throughout this process, the Bargaining Committee stood firm and refused to accept less than what our members deserve. Their determination and commitment ensured a strong agreement that reflects the value of our members.

We appreciate the strength and unity shown by our membership every step of the way. This outcome reflects meaningful progress that we can continue to build on together.
