An innovative community leadership program that brings emerging leaders together from to build a stronger .

Each year, approx. 35 applicants are enrolled in the program. We begin with an opening retreat, followed by a series of eight workshops between September and June. In addition, participants are divided into work teams where they’re responsible for the completion of a community project. Successful graduates join a growing network that’s dedicated to ensuring a stronger, healthier, more vibrant Niagara.
