A proud Fit+Fierce moment this past weekend. Our very own co-founder, Kelsey Vickers, received the Sharon Mann Inspiration Award at the 2026 canfitpro Global Conference and Trade Show! 💗👏🏻

Fit+Fierce is passionate about helping girls build confidence, resilience and healthy habits through fitness, nutrition, mental health education and positive mentorship. This award recognizes women who demonstrate courage, growth, influence, inspiration and community impact. Coach Kelsey brings this to Fit+Fierce each and every day for over 16 years.

Congratulations, Kelsey! We are so proud to have you with us at Fit+Fierce and we can’t wait to see you continue to make an impact by bringing the Fit+Fierce curriculum to coaches across Canada to help raise the next generation of girls.
