She has just completed both her EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) training: we are so fortunate to benefit from her growing skill set and her beautiful mindset as a lifelong learner. We’d like to officially welcome Lyndsey to the Iris Counselling community. Lyndsey is a high school teacher on the final leg of her formal education journey after completing her Bachelor of Arts (2015), Bachelor of Education (2017), and now her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (2025).

Lyndsey is passionate about working with youth, improving awareness around ADHD, and supporting women in all walks of life. She has experience working with trauma as well as clients in recovery for substance abuse issues. She has already stated taking new clients at Iris and has availability both in-person and online.

Lyndsey loves anything nostalgic, including rewatching the same sitcoms an excessive amount, embracing her creative side, and making memories with her loved ones. We are incredibly grateful to have her important skill set, compassionate kindness, and enthusiastic attitude at Iris!
