Last week at Thursday Night Ministries we had 45 kids & students between MidStream and Youth Group. That is important because this week we need that number or more between the two groups in order for Pastor Zack to get pied in the face 🥧😱

Will this happen or not, that is up to the children and youth to decide! Coming out and bringing your friends will be the determining factor so we will see if this happens or not tomorrow! 😎

On this National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, we wanted to share with you a helpful resource (https://agoodway.ca/).

This is an online resource library that was made for Canadian Baptist Churches from partners of Canadian Baptist Ministries. They continue to gather resources to help all of us continue in the path of building right relationships between non-Indigenous and Indigenous peoples from coast to coast to coast

Last night at Thursday Night Ministries we celebrated a kid who has a birthday today (Happy Birthday Abby 🥳) and we wore our Pyjamas since it was PJ Night 🥱🛌

Next week we have Friendship Night (you get paid to bring a new friend to TNM, but Pastor Zack will have more information on that next week 😁)

First series of the school year begins this Thursday for MidStream & Youth Group! 😁

MidStream (K-Gr.5 & 6-7:15 pm) will be looking at “Jesus’ I AMs", where we will unpack ‘I am’ statements of Jesus. We will discover what Jesus taught about himself and what that tells us about who he is, who God is, and who we are 🗣️

Youth Group (Gr.6-12 & 7-8:30 pm) will be looking at "Church Words | Camera Roll", where we will invite students to stop treating faith like a highlight reel and start building a camera roll of God‘s faithfulness 📸
