RHRAF, home of the Agri-Culture Learning Centre Education Pavilion, is a 3.5ac community edible foodscape for the Round Hill School community to experience small scale food production, and connect back to the land through food and culture.

☀️Summer Solstice and National Indigenous Peoples Day ☀️
The Round Hill Renaissance Foundation is located on land known as Asiniskaw Sepsis (Stoney Creek).

This land is in Treaty 6 Territory, Metis region 2, and a traditional meeting ground for many Indigenous peoples.

The land provided a travelling route and home to the Maskwacis Nehiyawak, Niitsitapi, Nakoda, and Tsuut’ina Nations, the Metis, and other Indigenous peoples.

The Round Hill Renaissance Agriculture Foundation recognizes that Indigenous knowledge and agricultural traditions are appropriated and heavily entrenched in the gardening practices and ethics that we regularly practice, and we acknowledge our privilege in acquiring and applying this knowledge.

We pay respect to the First Nations and Metis ancestors of this land by dedicating efforts to regenerate the land, water and air in their name.

The layers are back in town!
Chickens love veggie scraps so feel free to poke your treats through the fence.

Now that spring seems to have finally arrived, we’re back at the Foodscape every Thursday from 7pm (weather permitting).
There is always something to do, or just come and hang out and relax in the beautiful space 💚
