Becoming a member is not only affordable at $20 per family or $10 per individual, but it makes a huge difference to our foundation.
🌱memberships help us secure funding by showing we have support
🌱supports our community and school programs
🌱inspire our youth to explore opportunities and gain skills on food production
🌱promotes wellness and connection
🌱stay in the know about events and get togethers

You’re invited to a Talk, Ask, Listen workshop—an open, supportive space focused on mental health in rural communities. Come connect, learn how to support one another, and remind ourselves that no one has to carry it alone. 💚
Join us on Saturday Feb 28th in Round Hill Hall (or virtually via zoom).
What you’ll gain:
✅practical tools to start and navigate mental health conversations
✅skills to recognize when someone might be struggling
✅guidance on listening without judgement and offering support
✅greater confidence to check in on friends, family and community members
