ATTENTION PERFORMING PADDLERS!
▶️ Please message by end of May ◀️

Do you sing, dance, play music, tell jokes, read poetry, or love performing in front of an audience? If so, we would love you to take part in the first annual Kennebecasis Paddling Centre Fundraiser Extravaganza, taking place at the Bill McGuire Centre on July 15.

We are looking for local performers of all ages and experience levels to be part of this fun, family-friendly community variety show.

The evening will be MC’d and headlined by award-winning British-turned-Canadian comedian James Mullinger, with a special roast performance by his son River Mullinger.

Whether you sing, play guitar, perform in a band, dance, tell stories, perform comedy, read poetry, or have another talent you would like to share, we would absolutely love to hear from you.

There is no audition process. Simply email [email protected] by the end of May and tell us a little about what you would like to perform.

Everyone is welcome, and further details will follow once performers are confirmed. It is first come, first served and we need to know if you are interested by Wednesday 10th June or once all spots are taken. We cannot wait to celebrate our amazing community and raise funds for the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre together.

Today, we celebrate National Girls & Women in Sport Day ✨

From sprint to slalom, paracanoe to freestyle, SUP to marathon, girls and women are shaping the future of paddling at every level of our sport.

We’re proud to support the athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, & leaders who show up on the water & beyond, pushing boundaries, lifting each other up, and making space for the next generation to thrive.
