1. Traditional Scouting Roots. We proudly follow Baden-Powell’s original Scouting vision, focusing on outdoor skills, self-reliance, teamwork, and character-building. Scouting members truly learn by doing, growing through hands-on experiences.

Youth - 11-17 Looking for an adventure-filled program that builds life skills, leadership, and a love for the outdoors? 1stKVBPSA’s program is rooted in the original principles of Scouting introduced by Lord Baden Powell balanced with modern day inclusivity and creativity.

Leaders - Family or friends who want to spend time outdoors with youth and are interested in scouting skills & traditions. Take part in - meetings, games, outings, camping, hiking, planning etc.

Outdoor Adventure Guides - Folks who are not able to commit to be leaders, but have outdoor adventure skills they would like to share with youth 11 - 17. These people act as guides - helping us to plan, prepare and take adventures, but are not required to attend regular meetings!
