💜🌟 SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT 🌟💜

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on UCT Jack Kidd Council #755 for their continued support of the Vocational Training Centre!

Their mission speaks to the heart of community: actively volunteering, supporting people with intellectual disabilities, youth, and those less fortunate, while maintaining strong fraternal relationships among their members.

We are truly blessed to have their continued support. Their generosity helps VTC create opportunities for our participants to build skills, grow in confidence, and make meaningful community connections. 💜

Thank you, UCT Jack Kidd Council believing in our participants and helping potential bloom! 🌸

Talent should never be held back by accessibility barriers.

Yet 46% of employed people with disabilities or long-term conditions said accessibility barriers affected their ability to do their daily work.

This National Disability Employment Awareness Month, let’s keep removing barriers at work, now and beyond this month.

💜 THURSDAY - IN THE COMMUNITY RECOGNITION DAY! 💜

Today, we're excited to highlight a brand-new community partnership with Crosby's Molasses! 🌟

Last week, some of our participants began a 5-week hands-on training opportunity, giving them the chance to step into a real workplace environment, learn new skills, build confidence, and gain valuable employment experience.

This is what community inclusion looks like — creating real opportunities for people to learn, contribute, and show what they are capable of 💜

A huge thank you to Crosby's for opening their doors to our participants and helping us build more pathways to meaningtul employment.
