The Love Bus 🚌 in Saskatoon
We were honored to spend time with the Love Bus team on Friday, May 29th and witness the love and care they show to people experiencing homelessness in the city.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to help, learn, and observe the amazing work they have been doing for many years. It was inspiring to see their dedication and compassion in action as they serve others and minister the Word of God.
We learned many valuable things that will help us as we continue the work of Feed with Hope, serving others with love, dignity, compassion, and sharing the hope found in Christ.
Thank you, Love Bus, for being a blessing to so many people and for allowing us to learn from you.
May God continue to bless your team, your ministry, and everyone you serve.
❤️🙏🚌

May 3rd was our second outdoor feeding for the spring season. Even though attendance was smaller this time, we were thankful to hand out 47 sandwiches to those in need.

Reminder: Feed with Hope’s spring feeding location is now behind Asian Store and in front of the Safeway parking lot, up the hill in Prince Albert. Our next feeding will be on May 17th

🕒 Time: 2:00–3:00 PM

Thank you to everyone who continues to support this mission and help us serve the homeless with love and dignity.
God bless. 🙏

Sunday, April 19 – Team Accomplishments.

This was our first time back on the streets after a long winter serving at St. Alban’s Cathedral.

We’ve been praying for the right place to set up every other week through the spring, summer, and fall, and we truly believe God’s timing is perfect. All we need to do is trust Him 🙏

Yesterday felt very different from serving indoors.

People aren’t in just one place, so we drove around, trusting God to lead us and we’re so grateful we did.
It became more than just handing out food. We had real conversations. People opened up, shared their stories, and allowed us to pray with them. We shared the Gospel and gave out scripture cards.

We were able to give two blankets to two young women who really needed them. One was struggling with the cold, and the other was simply trying to make sure her friend could rest.

We met a man in a back alley trying to make a difference in his own way, spreading sand over water on the road. That moment stayed with us, it reminded us that even in hard situations, people still care.

We also met a woman doing similar outreach work. We connected, prayed together, and shared from the heart. It was emotional in a good way, you could really feel God moving.

We connected with a young woman who may help us find a place to set up every two weeks, where we can serve food, share clothing, and bring the Word to those who are open.

We’re just so grateful to be back on the streets again.
At the same time, we saw the reality of what people are going through. One man asked to be left alone.
A woman said she didn’t need help.
We saw a couple in conflict.
We met a young girl who had stepped on a rusty nail and was waiting to see a doctor.
One man asked us to pray for his family, for this country, and for peace in the world 🌍
Right when we arrived, we met a couple going through a bin, and we were able to serve them food and water at just the right moment.
We also met a very young man sitting alone who didn’t want to be known.

We’re also very grateful that Joan joined our team for her first Sunday on the streets, it meant a lot to have her with us. God is good.

On April 5th, we had the privilege of serving 75 people experiencing homelessness in Prince Albert.

It was also our last Sunday feeding at St Albans Cathedral for this winter season.
We truly want to thank St Albans Cathedral for opening their doors and allowing us to serve in that space. It meant so much to us and to the people we were able to reach.

We also want to thank MCC Thrift for the partnership and all they have done during the winter for the homeless. We truly appreciate your kindness and support.

A big thank you as well to the Embassy team for the joint feeding. We’re grateful for the partnership and for serving side by side.

As the weather changes, we’ll be heading back out to the streets for the spring, summer, and fall—continuing to show up, serve, and bring hope directly to those who need it.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. The journey continues ❤️🙏
