I am quite a bit behind with this post as it seems as though I never posted about Fall Camp back in November! I figured, it's probably best to have that posted before we head off to Spring Camp on Friday!

Youth worked on honing their axe, knife, and saw skills, fire lighting skills, cooking skills, and even partook in a little Orienteering activity that the Saskatchewan Orienteering Association has set up at Camp Seeonee.

Thank you to our wonderful community for showing up to support the group today! Both the BBQ and Garage Sale were great successes!

Thank you to the community members who donated items to our garage sale, to Impact Energy Services Ltd for the use of their BBQ, to Central Plains Co-operative in Rosetown for the use of their Food Store parking lot and their $200 donation, and to all of the patrons who were able to come out today to support our little group! ❤️

We would also like to thank our longtime sponsor, the Rosetown Lions Club for their continued support of our group.

We still have lots of items left from the Garage Sale. If anyone would like to sneak a peak, please let us know and we can take you for a private viewing.

🏕️ The 1st Rosetown Scouts are hosting a garage sale and barbecue fundraiser this Saturday to help support camps, outdoor adventures, and youth programming across west-central Saskatchewan.

The event will feature food, raffles, donated items, and more.

Tonight, a few of the youth came out to help the Rosetown Lion's with their annual Cenotaph Cleanup. 🍂

The Rosetown Lion's graciously sponsor the group every year, and this is just one small way for the group to show our appreciation. ❤️❤️❤️

Our Camping Gear Raffle is live! Tickets are 1 for $5 or 3 for $10. Each ticket earns you one entry towards $400 in camping gear! Draw takes place on Father's Day.

Our big fundraiser date is quickly approaching. We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, May 23rd and thank you for your support! You will find us at both the Co-op Food Store parking lot and at the Rosetown Scout Hut. 🍔🌭🏡

We are still accepting donations for the Garage Sale, so please reach out if you have anything that you would like to donate.

It has been a busy week for the group with fundraising and volunteering our time within the community. We spent Thursday evening and much of Saturday cleaning up 6 of 15 yards and today we took an hour to help The Local Bloom - Rosetown with their Community Cleanup. 🌏🚮

Thank you to all of the youth and parents that have donated their time to helping out our community!

The 1st Rosetown Scouts are looking for donations of items for a Community Garage Sale. If you have any new or used items that you would be interested in donating, please reach out to us. And don't forget to pop by on May 23rd to check out all of the goodies!
