The MHSA COR team has reviewed feedback and information from industry COR holders and auditors to provide check lists, and a helpful tip-sheet. The Manufacturers’ Health and Safety Association (MHSA) is looking for a knowledgeable and people-focused Safety Advisor to support Alberta’s manufacturing sector through training, consultation, and safety leadership.

In this role, you will:
• Deliver health & safety training (in-person and virtual)
• Conduct workplace inspections and hazard assessments
• Support companies with Alberta OHS compliance
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing employers
• Help reduce workplace injuries and improve safety performance across Alberta

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of occupational health & safety experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Alberta OHS & WCB legislation
• Ability to travel within Alberta
Travel required (including Rocky View, AB during training)

The Manufacturers’ Health and Safety Association (MHSA) is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Executive Director to lead the organization through its next phase of growth, innovation, and industry impact.

This is an opportunity to help shape workplace health and safety across Alberta’s manufacturing sector while leading a respected, industry-focused organization.

As Executive Director, you will:
• Lead organizational strategy and ex*****on
