Twilight Imperium: Galactic Summit is a premium, all-day tabletop experience designed for players who want to experience Twilight Imperium the right way — fully hosted, well organized, and immersive from start to finish.
This event will feature two simultaneous 6-player tables, carefully set up in advance to ensure a smooth start and an epic finish. Whether this is your first or second time playing, this is a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment with guidance, clear pacing, and an emphasis on fun, strategy, and table presence.

🐻✨ COMMUNITY DONATION CALL — HOBBY, MODELLING & BOARD GAMES ✨🐻
The Order of the Bear will be hosting some game design workshops and hobby build nights, and we’re looking for donations of hobby, modelling, crafting supplies, and board games to support hands-on, community-driven creativity.
If you’ve been in the hobby for years and have materials you’re no longer using, we’d love to give them a second life where they’ll be used, learned from, and appreciated.

🧰 Modelling & Craft Supplies
Acrylic craft paints (new or used), Brushes (any condition), Hobby knives / X-Acto knives, Scissors, Cutting mats, Glue (PVA, CA, contact cement), Sandpaper, files, sculpting tools

🏗️ Scenery, Diorama & Model Train Materials
Model train items (any scale), Buildings, kits, or partial kits, Track, scenery, accessories, Old or unused collectionsFoam board, XPS foam, insulation foam, Plaster, filler, texture paste, Static grass, flock, ravel, ballast, Trees, bushes, ground cover, Brick sheets, styrene, MDF scraps

🎲 Board Games (Any Condition Welcome)
Complete or incomplete board games, Games with missing pieces are absolutely OK
Donated games may be: Played as-is during club nights, Repurposed in upcoming board game designer workshops, given away at Party in the Park

🧩 Other Hobby & Scale Models
Model kits (started is OK), Miniatures or terrain pieces, Miscellaneous buildings and detail parts, Hobby odds and ends you’re no longer using

If you have an entire model train, board game, or hobby collection you’re ready to pass along, we’d be honored to take it and put it to good use with new and returning hobbyists and board gamers.

All donations will be:
• Used during club workshops and game nights
• Shared among participants and added to our community hobby resources

Drop in any Wednesday or Thursday or message us directly if you’d like to donate or need items picked up.

We are back open starting tomorrow, Wednesday January 7th and we will have a few games of Dominion! going. Games start at 7pm and we play until about 9:30pm.
Dominion is easy to learn and really fun to play. We are located in the basement at Rockmosa.
