Kettle River Lions Club

Kettle River Lions Club Our Lions Service club was started in 1984. We are currently 21 members serving our communities. Kettle River Lions was started on March 26, 1984.

Our Mission is To Serve the Communities of the West Boundary, Beaverdell, Bridesville, Greenwood, Midway and Rock Creek. We are part of the “World Wide organization of Lions Clubs International. Did you know that Lions International has over 1.7 million members in over 46,000 clubs in the world, you can probably find one in any town. Our motto “Where there is a Need there is a Lion”. What we do wi

th the money we raise in our fundraisers. Support to: Youth Groups, Senior Groups, Community Associations, Rock Creek Medical Clinic, School Programs in the schools and outside the schools, Medical Travel Expenses, Medical Expenses, Support for Fire Victims, Lions Disability Camp Winfield, Lions Foundation of Canada - Service Dogs, CARE, Lions Clubs International Foundation, Secondary School Bursaries, Christmas Hampers, Community Easter Dinner/Egg Hunt, Used Eyeglass Collection for Recycling. Just to name a few as their are many other ways that we help in our communities.
