Stop, breathe, take the time to be present and then smile because you already have so much.

Mayor Andrew & I thank you for following along on the “Cheer for You” journey this year.

It doesn’t end today, a journey never ends. It continues with each of us. Don’t stop doing acts of kindness. Remember many times it doesn’t even cost you financially. A smile, note , a listening ear are all free and means everything to the recipient.

Mayor Andrew and I’s wish this year is for it to keep going.

We would like to take the time to thank all of the Cheer for You Ambassadors, you all helped in so many ways, from paying for coffees, parking, passing out candy canes, carolling , baking cookies & brownies then taking them to friends & neighbours, the list goes on.

There are 2 ambassadors that are outstanding, you both really helped carry us this year. Linda Godfrey from the Homestead Restaurant and Jonathan Dubya from Riverview Guardian Pharmacy. You both did an amazing job !!

Out this afternoon spreading some cheer, I enlisted Denise & Linda from the Homestead … Meals were bought, surprises were delivered, smiles all around. One thing for sure, there’s no replacing Mayor Andrew LeBlanc !!
