Clack Museum replaced some outdated lighting in the “Where It All Began” building, adding a brightness & great effect on the displays and a safer area for visitors to move around within the building.

This was made possible from a Thomas Sill grant through the 𝙍𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

Be sure to stop in and take a trip back in time at the Clack Museum this Sunday August 9th at 11:30am for gold digging, BBQ lunch, silent auctions, pie/baking auction, and a ton more.

What an exciting weekend it was with 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙍𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨! Whether you are a resident or a visitor, we hope you had a chance to partake in some of the festivities around town that took place this past weekend.

The beach was hopping with beach goers as the temperatures were perfect for our sandcastle contest with Riverdale Community Development Corporation. The competition was fierce and the creativity was top notch!

Thank you to everyone who participated, Community Futures Westman and Super Thrifty for supporting the contest with amazing prizes and judges. CJ's Snack Shack for free ice cream cones for each child.

Start planning your castle for next year as we can't wait to see what you bring to the sand! The possibilities are endless!
