This weekend at the Lions of Multiple District A convention in St. Catharines, two Ripley and District Lions were honoured by the MDA Lions.

Lion Charles Liddle was presented with a Presidents Appreciation Certificate and pin for his many hours spent working with the Lions of Multiple District A and the public.

Lion Larry Irwin proudly accepted his Helen Keller Fellowship award given to him by Council Chair Bill Robinson for his work with the Lions of Multiple District A.

Ripley District Lions Club annual golf tournament at Ainsdale Golf Course Friday May 29. Tremendous turn out and support from our local community sponsors. Thank you!!!
Ripley District Lions Club presented a cheque to the Huron Shores Hospice and Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation for $13,500, proceeds from this event.

Ripley and District Lions Club celebrated 4 of our members that received the Judge Brian Stevenson Fellowship award. This award recognizes members that are 65 years of age with at least 10 years of Lion Club service.
Our A-9 First District Governor John Kelly presented awards to members Lion Brian Colling, Lion Chris McGarvey, Lion Gary Shepard, and Lion Rob Miller. In recognition of these member’s awards, a donation is made to LCIF Guide Dogs. Thank you Lions Brian, Chris, Gary, and Rob for your work as a Lion!!
